Translation:

Alguesgues is Arabic for (lit.) "alienation of the mind".


Commentary:

Wehr: ﻭﺳﻮﺍﺱ /waswās/ "develish insinuation, temptation; wicked thoughts; doubt, misgiving, suspicion; delusion, fixed idea; uneasiness, anxiety, concern; melancholy".
