Translation:

Elea is Greek for Latin oliva {"olive"} and eleon is Latin oleum {"(olive) oil"}.


Commentary:

Greek ἔλαια /élaia/ "olive-tree; olive", and ἔλαιον /élaion/ "(olive) oil", with medieval Greek sound-change αι > ε {/ai/ > /e/} resulting in /élea/ and /éleon/, accurately portrayed by Simon.
