Emoroydes egritudo ani a fluxu sanguinis illius loci.

Apparatus:

Emoroydes (-rroydes ms. e) AC e | Emoroides (-rroides f) B f

Translation:

Emoroydes are a disease of the anus where blood issues from that part.

Commentary:

Greek αἱμορροΐς /haimorrhoḯs/, mostly used in the plural αἱμορροΐδες /haimorrhoḯdes/, the form Simon portrays here. According to LSJ it refers in a general sense to "veins liable to discharge blood", but in particular to "haemorrhoids".
