Euexia grece bona habitudo cuius contrarium est kachexia.
Apparatus:
Euexa AC | Euexia B ef
kachexia AC | kakesia B f | kaxexia ms. e
Translation:
Euexa is Greek for Latin bona habitudo {"a good state of health; the state of humoral equilibrium"} of which the opposite is kachexia {"wasting"}.
Commentary:
εὐεξία /euexía/ means "good health; vigour; ability" < ἐυ /eu/ "well, good" + ἑξία /hexía/ < ἔξις /héxis/ "habit or state".
For καχεξία /kakhexía/ see Kachexia.
