Translation:

Gulben or giulben is Arabic, and it denotes the vegetables called pisa {"peas"} in Latin.

Wehr (1976): ﺟﻠﺑﺎﻥ /ğulubbān/ "chickling vetch, grass pea (Lathyrus sativus)".
Siggel (1950: 25): ﺟﻠﺑﺎﻥ /ğulbān/ Erbsenart v. Pisum od. Ervum; … in Marokko: Pisum sativum (Leg.). {i.e. "a kind of pea of the Pisum or Ervum genus; in Morocco Pisum sativum"}.
