Translation:
Kestreus is the Greek word for Latin cefalus or mugilus {i.e. both meaning “mullet”}.
Commentary:
Greek κεστρεύς /kestreús/ means “mullet”. κέφαλος /képhalos/ “a species of mullet”.
Latin mugilis was misread as mugilus.
