Kori grece pupilla oculi inde platicoriasis dilatatio pupille ut infra in pl.

Apparatus:

platicoriasis AC f | palati coriasis B | plati corasis e

dilatatio AC | dilatanto (?) B | dilactacio e | dillatacio f

Translation:

Kori is Greek for pupil of the eye, hence also platicoriasis "widening of the pupil", as (can be found) under pl.

Commentary:

Simon refers here to the Greek word κόρη /korē/, which would have been pronounced /kori/ in the Middle Ages. He also notes that the word was part of the medical term πλατυκορίασις /platykoriasis/, which literally translates to "wide pupil". The meaning of this word is discussed in a separate entry.
