Translation:

Kuch or khauch is Arabic for Latin persica {"peach"}.

Commentary:

khauch:
Wehr (1976): ﺧﻮﺥ /ḫawḫ/ "peach" (eg.), "plum" (syr.).
Siggel (1950: 33): ﺧﻮﺥ /ḫawḫ/ Prunus persica (Ros.), Pfirsich {i.e. "peach"}.

Kuch:
Kuch is a North African form, cf. Harrell, Sobelman & Fox (2004: 222): “xux, n.u. –a 1. peach. 2. peach tree”. N.b. xux = /ḫūḫ. nomen unitatis: xuxa = /ḫūḫa/.
