Yann Dahhaoui (L’Atelier 2001) p.212 established the same text on the basis of his collations:

L littera tam apud grecos quam apud arabes eodem modo se habet sicut apud nos.

and he notes these vvll. - not all shown - for: nos] grece scribitur sic λ add.


Translation:

The letter 'L,l' functions in the same way with the Greeks as with the Arabs just as with us.


Commentary:

The Greek letter corresponding to L,l is Λ,λ , named λά(μ)δα /lá(m)da/, it is the 11th letter of the Greek alphabet.

The Arabic letter corresponding to L,l is ﻝ, named ﻻﻡ /lām/, it is the 23rd letter of the Arabic alphabet.

The different letters all represent /l/, an alveolar lateral consonant in the three languages.
