tenue ABC e | tenule f {typesetting error}

The Greek word lepton means lean, minute, thin, slender, small, and it will be used for explaining the names of some of the next entries. {e.g. Leptokarea, Leptolachanon, Leptomere, Leptopiresia}

Simon's form is the neuter λεπτόν /leptón/ of λεπτός /leptós/ which LSJ gloss as "peeled, husked; fine, small; thin, delicate".
