Skrofa porca grece.

Apparatus:

Skrofa porca grece AC | Skorfa grece porca B e | Skorfa .i. porca f

Translation:

Greek Skrofa is Latin porca {"sow"}.

Commentary:

Scrofa, "breeding sow", is in fact a Latin word, but often written scropha. This must have misled Simon to think it was Greek. The Ancient Greek equivalent of scrofa is χοίρα /khoíra/ or χοιράς /khoirás/.
