Translation:

Subet assahare is called compositum accidens {lit. "accidental coming together"}, i.e. dormitatio vigilantia {"a waking sleepiness"}, because it is caused by an imposthume of the brain consisting of phlegm and yellow bile, and this is what the Greeks call cathocos and agripina comatos {lit. "wakefulness of sleepiness"}, as explained in the entries above Catocus and Agripnia.

Commentary:

Wehr (1976): ﺳﺒﺎﺕ /subāt/ "lethargy; slumber, sleep".

Wehr (1976): ﺳﻬﺮ /sahar/ "sleeplessness, insomnia, wakefulness, vigil; watchfulness, vigilance".

ﺍﻟﺳﺒﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺳﻬﺮﻱ /al-subāt al-saharī/ (lit.) "wakeful sleepiness".
