Translation:
Teilule is Arabic for Latin veruce {"verrucas"}, which are also called buruche {in Arabic}.
Commentary:
Cf. Dozy (1877-81: I.157): ﺛﺆﻟﻮﻟﺔ /ṯuʔlūla/, ﺛﻴﻠﻟﻮﻟﺔ /ṯaylūla/ verrue {"verruca"), durillon {i.e. "callus, hard skin"}, cor {i.e. "verruca, wart; callosity (hand); corn (foot)".
Wehr (1976: 101): ﺛﺆﻟﻮﻞ /ṯuʔlūl/, ﺛﺆﻟﻮﻟﺔ /ṯuʔlūla/ "wart"
The word is found e.g. in the Vocabulista glossary, ed. Schiaparelli (1871: 77): ﺛﻴﻠﻟﻮﻟﺔ /ṯaylūla/ veruca [[1]]; and (1871: 624): VERUCA … ﺑﺮﻭﻗﺔ /burrūqa/ … ﺛﻴﻠﻟﻮﻟﺔ /ṯaylūla/ [[2]].
Also in de Alcalá (1883: 116): berruga {i.e.”verruca“} berrúca; berruga {Arabic:} borrúca [[3]].
Arabic ﺑﺮﻭﻗﺔ /burrūqa/ is of course of Latin/Romance origin and is well documented, e.g. in the Vocabulista and de Alcalá, see above, also in:
Simonet (1888: 47): BERRÚCA y BORRÚCA «berruga» … [[4]]; and
Corriente (1997: 47), s.v. *(BRQ)II burrūqah + barārīq "wart" (< verrūca).
