Apparatus:

Thallon AC ef | Talion ul’ talõ B

Translation:

Thallon is Greek for Latin virens viridis {"verdant; green"}.

θάλλων /thállōn/ or neuter θάλλον /thállon/ is the present participle of the verb θάλλω /thállō/ "to sprout, grow, thrive, bloom"; cf. Latin virens < vireo id.
