Yos grece venenum toxicum.

Translation:

Yos is Greek for Latin venenum or toxicum {"poison, venom"}.

Commentary:

Cf. Greek ἰός /iós/ "poison; venom".

The letter 'y' is largely interchangeable with the letter 'i' in medieval Latin.
