Goni grece semen inde goniorea seminis fluxus involuntarius et cetera.

Apparatus:

inde AC | iñ B f | in e {~ was missed by scribe}

goniorea AC | gonorrea B | gonortea ef

et cetera om. B ef

Translation:

Goni is Greek for Latin semen {"seed; semen"}, hence Greek goniorea is in Latin seminis fluxus involuntarius {"involuntary discharge of semen"}, and so forth.

Commentary:

Simon quotes Greek γονή /gonḗ/ "offspring; race, family; generation; organs or act of generation" in the itacist pronunciation: /goní/;

γονόῤῥοια /gonórrhoia/ is glossed by LSJ "spermatorrhoea".
