Ydam arabice pulmentum.

Translation:

Ydam is Arabic for Latin pulmentum {"anything eaten with bread, a sauce, condiment, relish", Lewis &Short}

Commentary:

Wehr (1976): ﺍﺩﺍﻡ /idām/ "anything eaten with bread; shortening, fatty ingredient"

The letters 'I,i' and 'Y,y' are largely interchangeable in medieval spelling. Cf. Idam.
